Time to address the following issues:

1) we used to do meet ups whenever we're free but we have decided to drop the idea. We stated clearly meet up strictly at Jurong East at certain timing but there will be customers who opt for meet up yet they will ask if we can meet them at bugis, bishan, amk etc and a different timing instead. Dont opt for meet up if you cant travel to Jurong at the stated timing.But now you can self-collect it from my place at Jurong East on selected days and timing.

2) Stop asking for discount, alot of customer has been coming to us asking for discount. Even though you might be buying alot, first time buying. We're not given you discount, we'need to be fair to the rest of our customers! And i'm sure the stuff on my blogshop are pretty reasonable. You dont go into boutique stalls asking for discount right?

3) Do opt for registered postage as you'll be able to track your parcel and not to worry about it getting lost. We'll not be responsible for any lost of normal postage parcel. Afraid it will be lost yet dont want to fork out extra, you can opt for self collection at my place(jurong east).

4) we dont owe anyone a living! Please try to be more understanding, i know most customers are nice and understanding. Thanks! :)) But still there are afew who are out to ruin my day. We're human beings, we do make mistake. We've got tons of items to mail out thus we might have overlook and not realize the item we send out are dirty/ defect. We do check the items before mailing them out and we dont sell defected goods. So if we're inform you items are defected, we'll refund you. Dont ask for discount and saying," why you dont want to earn my money, give you also dont want." It's part of our policy not to sell defected goods to customer! :) We're willing to do a refund should item be defected within 4 days after customers received their items, if instocks are being sold out or if there's no backorder available. We'll only be able to refund you the money once we've received the items. We're not trying to cheat you! Cheating you doesnt do us any good, in fact spoil our own reputation. Sometimes we require you to take a snapshot of the item that are defect, it only requires less than 5 mins! Wonder if it's that difficult. :((


You might feel offended about this post, but it's a place for me to rant!
